Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Greg Clark Automotive Specialists, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

Greg Clark Automotive Specialists provides automotive repair, maintenance, and diagnostic services. All services are performed by ASE-certified technicians using quality parts and materials.

Estimates and Authorization

• We provide written estimates before beginning any repair work.
• We will not exceed the estimated amount by more than 10% without your authorization.
• If additional repairs are discovered, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.
• All authorized repairs must be signed by the vehicle owner or authorized representative.

Warranty

We stand behind our work with a 24-month/24,000-mile warranty on parts and labor for most repairs. This warranty covers:

• Defects in materials and workmanship
• Parts failure under normal use
• Labor to correct covered repairs

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services.
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
• We retain a mechanic's lien on vehicles until payment is received in full.
• Vehicles not picked up within 30 days may be subject to storage fees.

Limitation of Liability

Greg Clark Automotive Specialists shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair or service in question.

Customer Property

We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles. Please remove all valuables before leaving your vehicle for service.

Disputes

Any disputes arising from services provided will first be addressed through direct communication with our management team. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
